I was recently tasked to get KakaoTalk working on Linux. The best option so far is Bottles, a program that runs Windows applications on Linux. It’s a great user experience, but the developer experience needs some work.

Over the last 6 months, I tried using Universal Blue’s Bluefin. It’s the newest addition to Fedora Atomic Desktop and revolutionary for desktop Linux, but it’s got a long way to go.
